All our Logos are trademarked, course materials and contents are copyrighted and Products are our intellectual property. Any usage of our logos, course materials, products, contents without out concern and approval will be subjected to legal actions. Usage of our contents and products by copying, duplicating, digital copying, printing, storing, sharing in social platforms or any other form will be subjected to legal actions.

These Website Standard Terms And Conditions contained herein on this webpage, shall govern your use of this website, including all pages within this website (collectively referred to herein below as this “Website”). These Terms apply in full force and effect to your use of this Website and by using this Website, you expressly accept all terms and conditions contained herein in full. Anyone below 18 years of age is assumed to be a child (“Child”) and requires parental consent to use the website. Variation of Terms.

Math Junior is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this Website you are expected to review such Terms on a regular basis to ensure you understand all terms and conditions governing use of this Website.

Math Junior shall be permitted to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification or consent required. However, you shall not be permitted to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.

Math Junior is registered under Government of India, Hence, any operations against it is not accepted and will be dealt seriously with consequences.

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country , and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the country and courts located in Mysore, India for the resolution of any disputes.

Classroom Etiquette Policy

Overview

Our classroom etiquettes and Policies are here in place to create a positive learning and good classroom environment to all the children and teachers irrespective of differences so that they can teach and learn happily. All children and parents who register to Math Junior Classes are bound to this policy after registration.

Math Junior reserves the right to change, move or replace Instructors for students as an alternative when the instructors go on leave or on personal emergencies. Children are expected to support the teachers to create a positive environment for all children. Parents are expected to support teachers during the class. Any child or parent creating problems to teachers from performing their duties and responsibilities, interrupting the classes constantly or spoiling the learning environment, demotivating the teachers, effecting the morals of our teachers in any forms are not tolerated at Math Junior. Any person not following classroom rules will be immediately removed and terminated from all Math Junior future Classes without any refund. It is up to  the ability and learning capability of the child to complete the courses on time and Math Junior shall not responsible and shall not guarantee the duration of completion of the course in the defined period.

Course Fees Payment Policy

Math Junior reserves the right to modify and update the fees structure, fees charges, offers and discounts, alter course content at any point of time without any intimation to any students and Parents. Parents are requested to make the course fees payments on time before the due dates to avoid late payment charges and to continue our classes. Any dues will attract a late payment penalty charges ranging  from 10 INR to 100 INR per day. It is up to the discretion of Math Junior to permit the student to Math Junior online or offline classes incase of non payments of Fees. Parents are bound to these policy and are requested to abide by all rules of Math Junior, pay all the pending fees on time for all the classes already taken or to be taken in future in online or offline at Math Junior Platforms. Incase of non payment of fees to Institution, Math Junior reserves the rights to stop the student from attending classes and shall be obliged to proceed with legal actions if and when required and recover all its losses with dues. Students shall receive all pending certificates and trophies with due clearance only.

The parents shall renew the fees on Per Level or 3 Months basis whichever is earlier of both for online classes in case the Level is not completed within the specified time. For offline students, parents shall renew the fees every 3 Monthly basis. Math Junior never commits the level completion on time. It is up to the ability of the child to complete the level on time with regular practice, parental support and punctuality. *Renewal of next level shall not be automatically made in case the remaining fees with Math Junior is lesser than 16 days. In this scenario, the renewal for next level should be made again by paying the new Level/Term renewal fees.

All missed classes for any reason should be compensated in the same month or within one month period after making on time due renewals. No carry forward is entertained at Math Junior. As per our data retention policy, our systems have been designed to delete all bills older than 6 Months automatically, . Please take timely manual backup of your bills for your references.

Promotional Photos and Videos (if applicable)

“Any student demos, student videos or student photos collected or made will be used by MATH JUNIOR for educational, marketing and promotional purposes, to deliver certain updates for services or information.” All data collected will be used for its internal processing of information or marketing or promotions of Math Junior. These contents shall be used in newsletter, magazines, brochures, flyers, posts, ads, hoarding, math junior websites, Social media like Facebook, Instagram, Google, Youtube etc.

Refund Policy

Overview

Our policy lasts 7 days or 2 classes whichever is earlier. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase of our service or course, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Materials with obvious signs of use

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced courses may be refunded, unfortunately courses on sale or offers cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping and return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
